Born: Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico on March 30, 1966 (Yes,
he’s that old!)
Home: El Paso TX.

Trade: Bartender, Collage Student, and comic book penciler and
Inker (but only over his own pencils.)
Favorite Artist: Michael Golden, his art was my
inspiration.
Favorite Music: News Radio (remember… he’s old.)
PUBLISHED WORK
TIGER X #1: Layouts on the entire book, including cover
inks, and art on first six pages. Published in1989 by
Eternity comics.
GRIPS #1 & GRIPS #2: Pencils and inks on both issues
with assists by his older brother, Roberto Muro. Darn,
are they old! The two comics where published by Greater
Mercury comics, issue one in 1989 and issue two in 1990.
PSYCHO-PATH #1: The entire book was penciled and inked
by Juan. It was the first comic that he completed by
himself. The comic was published in 1990 by Venusin
Press.
ASSASSIN 13 #?: This comic was published by TSR, a
gaming company that got into the comic publishing biz.
Juan drew an eight page story for them in 1991, but
cannot remember the issue number. (Told you he was old!)
FUSION X: A one shot anthology comic. That was produced
in his home town of El Paso TX, with home town artists
and writers, which have truck loads of talent. Juan was
actually invited to contribute his talent by new talent
which had read his books when they were kids, he was
very honored. Juan penciled, inked and co-wrote, with
Justin Carmona an eight page story titled, War-Bear. The
anthology is published by Project4Publishing and will be
out spring 2007
LIMITED PRINT: Juan Muro also produced
a print of a new character that he’s currently
developing for a new story line. The name of the
character on the print is CLUB-FIST, and the print run
is limited to one-hundred. It will be advertised in the
